June to September 2018
We will be hosting a series of GUEST CHEF NIGHTS from June to September 2018 with some of the UK’s best chefs.
Together with Josh, they will create a one-off tasting menu with the favourite dishes.
Each chef will introduce their courses, so you will have the chance to chat and meet them as well!
Tickets with be extremely limited. Tickets are £60pp, excluding drinks or wine pairing, and must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Josh and Ellis will be creating an 8 course tasting menu of their favourite dishes.

Le Cochon Aveugle welcomes Luke French of Jöro into the kitchen for a collaboration menu with chef Joshua Overington.
Luke’s restaurant Jöro in Sheffield, a unique restaurant set in 4 up-cycled shipping containers, serving seasonal plates with unusual flavour combinations and methods that draw on New Nordic cuisine.
With Luke’s mix of innovative cooking and native ingredients, there is no wonder Jöro has gained rave reviews, 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

Andrew Dargue of Vanilla Black comes to Le Cochon Aveugle to cook a collaborative vegetarian menu with Joshua Overington.
Also in toe is Ken Holland, the man who supplies the country’s best restaurants with his amazing vegetables. Ken will be introducing and showing off the incredible produce from his indoor and walled gardens, the Urban Anarchy Farm.
This year sees the 10th anniversary since Andrew moved his cult restaurant Vanilla Black to London. He is returning for one night only for a purely vegetarian takeover at Le Cochon Aveugle.
Don’t miss this chance to experience a truly one night only event where vegetables will take centre stage and shown the respect they deserve.

We are thrilled to announce Steve as our first chef in the Guest Chef Nights series.
The last few years have seen momentum really build for both Steve and The Freemasons, with his traditional English pub winning the 2017 AA Restaurant of the Year for England, alongside being the top North West pub in the Top 50 Gastropubs, The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants and, for the third year in a row, the No.1 pub in the Good Food Guide.
The Freemasons is one of our favourite places to eat, and we can’t wait for Steve to come to Le Cochon Aveugle and cook with Josh!
