Restaurant Bookings

We require a debit or credit card to secure a reservation. This information will be stored securely and your card will not be charged, except in breach of our cancellation policy below.

If you are unable to honour your original reservation, you must either cancel your reservation or notify us of any changes to the number of guests by no later than 24 hours before the reserved time. You are able to do this by email on booking@lecochonaveugle.uk
Failure to adhere to this cancellation policy will result in a £50 charge per non-attending guest to the debit or credit card used for the booking.

Private Dining Room Bookings

There is a £50 per person deposit for group bookings for our private dining room, payable upon booking. This is fully refundable, providing there are no cancellations (partial or whole) within 72 hours of the booking. You are able to do this by emailing us at booking@lecochonaveugle.uk

Failure to adhere to this cancellation policy will result in forfeiting the £50 deposit paid per non-attending guest to the debit or credit card used for the booking.

New Years Eve / Valentines Day

Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. If you are unable to honour your original reservation, you must either cancel your reservation or notify us of any changes to the number of guests by no later than 1 week before the reserved time. You are able to do this by email via contact@lecochonaveugle.uk. Failure to adhere to this policy results in the booking becoming non-refundable.

Guest Chef Nights / Special Events

Please note that full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for our special events and this ticket/booking is non-refundable and non-transferable between dates should there be any cancellations or changes to the booking. No vouchers or any other promotions may be used in conjunction with our special events. In the event that we are able to resell your ticket you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to change to an alternative event or date at the discretion on Overington and Roberts Ltd.

Due to the nature of the menu and event, we may not be able to cater for any dietary requirements.

Gift Vouchers

Our monetary value gift vouchers are available to order in any combination and have a 12 months expiry date on them.
Our experience vouchers (Tasting menu for two, Chefs table for two, Wine pairing for two, non-alcoholic pairing for two) have a 12 months expiry date on them.

‘Tasting menu for two’ vouchers can be upgraded and redeemed against a ‘Chefs table’ booking if needed, but guests will be asked to pay the difference in price.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from when gift vouchers are delivered to cancel your order and return for a full refund, including any delivery charges you have paid. You may notify us of your intent to cancel by email or in writing to our registered business address, providing your name, order number and contact details.

You have 14 days to return the goods from the date you notify us that you wish to cancel. All gift vouchers must be returned in their original, saleable condition without damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make reasonable charges for any damaged or missing items. You are responsible for any costs involved in returning the goods to us.

Any refunds issued for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the gift vouchers back in a satisfactory condition to our premises.

Takeaway Service

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are final and non-refundable.

All orders must be received by the cut-off point specified. Any orders received after this time may be cancelled or rolled forward to the next available delivery or collection slot at our discretion.

You must inform us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of ordering. If we are unable to meet your dietary requirements, we may cancel your order and refund your payment, or offer you a suitable alternative at our discretion.

You will be provided full cooking instructions with your order, if applicable, which must be followed carefully. In the event of lost or missing cooking instructions, please contact us.

You must provide us with a valid full address and postcode. At present we only deliver within 5 miles driving distance of our restaurant. If your address does not fall into this area, you will only be able to order via ‘Click & Collect’. Click & Collect orders must be collected on the date and time specified; failure to do so will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your meal without refund.

There is a minimum spend of £25.00 for collection, and £50,00 for delivery, across all the items we sell on our site.

In rare circumstances, our menus may be subject to change owing to availability of ingredients.

In the event of a website error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment for any delivery addresses that fall outside our delivery area, or request you collect from our restaurant (at our discretion).

For any orders containing alcoholic items, both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse service of any alcoholic items without refund. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driving licence or passport.
