Gift Vouchers

Our monetary value gift vouchers are available to order in any combination and have a 12 months expiry date on them.

Our experience vouchers (Tasting menu for two, Chefs table for two, Wine pairing for two, non-alcoholic pairing for two) have a 12 months expiry date on them.

‘Tasting menu for two’ vouchers can be upgraded and redeemed against a ‘Chefs table’ booking if needed, but guests will be asked to pay the difference in price.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from when gift vouchers are delivered to cancel your order and return for a full refund, including any delivery charges you have paid. You may notify us of your intent to cancel by email or in writing to our registered business address, providing your name, order number and contact details.

You have 14 days to return the goods from the date you notify us that you wish to cancel. All gift vouchers must be returned in their original, saleable condition without damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make reasonable charges for any damaged or missing items. You are responsible for any costs involved in returning the goods to us.

Any refunds issued for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the gift vouchers back in a satisfactory condition to our premises.

Takeaway Service

Unless specified otherwise, all orders are final and non-refundable.

All orders must be received by the cut-off point specified. Any orders received after this time may be cancelled or rolled forward to the next available delivery or collection slot at our discretion.

You must inform us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of ordering. If we are unable to meet your dietary requirements, we may cancel your order and refund your payment, or offer you a suitable alternative at our discretion.

You will be provided full cooking instructions with your order, if applicable, which must be followed carefully. In the event of lost or missing cooking instructions, please contact us.

You must provide us with a valid full address and postcode. At present we only deliver within 5 miles driving distance of our restaurant. If your address does not fall into this area, you will only be able to order via ‘Click & Collect’. Click & Collect orders must be collected on the date and time specified; failure to do so will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your meal without refund.

There is a minimum spend of £25.00 for collection, and £50,00 for delivery, across all the items we sell on our site.

In rare circumstances, our menus may be subject to change owing to availability of ingredients.

In the event of a website error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment for any delivery addresses that fall outside our delivery area, or request you collect from our restaurant (at our discretion).

For any orders containing alcoholic items, both the person placing the order and the person receiving the order must be aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to request proof of age and refuse service of any alcoholic items without refund. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driving licence or passport.
